Van Reservation Instructions
1. Check the Vision Van Calendar.
2. If nothing is scheduled for your date, then immediately contact our Board of Directors’ Chairman, Lion Michael Smith. Make your reservation
3. Arrange a pick up time and provide proof of insurance for the person driving the van. We carry a 1 million dollar liability policy but you must have your own insurance covering the van while in your possession. (no special driver’s license required.)
4. Make sure you have been trained on the use of the SPOT Instrument before you pick up the van.
5. Arrange a return date.
6. When you pick up the van, it will have a full tank of gasoline.
7. When you return it, it must have a full tank.
8. There is no charge for using the van at this time.
